The short version
- Plans renew on their own, monthly or yearly, until you cancel.
- Cancel anytime, online, in two clicks from Billing. No phone call, no "retention" maze.
- You keep using Right Hand until the end of the time you paid for.
- Monthly: no refunds for part of a month. Yearly: full refund of the unused part if you cancel within 30 days of being charged.
- We remind you before a trial turns into a paid plan, and before every yearly renewal.
This page explains how billing, renewal, cancellation and refunds work for Right Hand subscriptions. It summarizes Section 4 of our Terms of Service, which controls if anything here differs. Right Hand is operated by Revive Flow LLC, doing business as Right Hand.
1. What you see before you buy
Before you pay, the checkout page shows, next to the button you press:
- your plan and its price, plus tax
- whether it renews every month or every year
- that it renews automatically until you cancel
- for a trial, the date the first charge happens
- how to cancel (online, from Billing)
You check a box to agree to the automatic renewal. Right after, we email a confirmation with the same details and a link to cancel.
2. Free trials
- Trials last 14 days on the plans that offer one.
- If you gave a card, the paid plan starts when the trial ends unless you cancel before then. We email you at least 3 days before the first charge with the price and a link to cancel.
- Cancel during the trial and you pay nothing.
3. How renewal works
- Monthly plans renew each month on the same date.
- Yearly plans renew once a year. We email you 15 to 45 days before each yearly renewal with the price, the renewal date and how to cancel.
- Price changes: we give at least 30 days' notice by email and in the dashboard. The new price starts at your next renewal after that, so you always have time to cancel first.
4. How to cancel
- Online: Settings → Billing → Cancel plan. It takes a moment. You never need to call us, chat with us, or explain why.
- By email: from your account's owner email to support@righthandcrm.com, if you'd rather.
- What happens: cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you've paid for. You keep full access until then. We email a confirmation right away.
- After that: your account goes read-only for 30 days so you can export everything. Then we delete your data on the schedule in our Privacy Policy, Section 7. Port any phone numbers away before then if you want to keep them.
5. Refunds
| Situation | What you get |
|---|---|
| Monthly plan, cancel partway through a month | No refund for the rest of the month. You keep access until it ends |
| Yearly plan, cancel within 30 days of a yearly charge (first or renewal) | Refund of the unused part of the year, less the yearly discount you received compared with paying monthly |
| Yearly plan, cancel after 30 days | No refund. The plan runs until the end of the paid year |
| Upgrade | Starts right away. You pay the prorated difference |
| Downgrade | Starts at your next renewal. No refund for the current period |
| Mike minutes over your plan, add-ons and other usage already used | Not refunded |
| Carrier and texting registration fees passed through to you | Not refunded (they are paid to carriers and registries) |
| We end the Service for our own convenience, or remove a paid feature without a replacement | Prorated refund of prepaid fees for the unused time |
| A charge was a mistake on our side (double charge, wrong plan) | Full refund of the mistaken charge |
| Anything the law requires | We give it |
Example of the yearly refund: the plan is $100 a month, or $1,000 for a year. You pay $1,000 and cancel within the first 30 days. We charge the time you used at the regular monthly price ($100 for the month) and refund the rest: $900 back.
Refunds go back to the card or account you paid with, usually within 5 to 10 business days after we issue them.
6. Charges you don't recognize
Email support@righthandcrm.com within 60 days of the charge. We will look into it and fix mistakes quickly, usually faster than a card dispute.
7. Winter mode (seasonal pause)
If your plan has it, Winter mode lowers your price for the months you choose. Its price, length and what stays on are shown when you turn it on. It doesn't cancel your plan, and normal billing resumes on the date shown.
8. Payments your clients make to you
This page is only about what you pay Right Hand. Refunds of payments your clients make to you follow your own refund policy and Stripe's rules. See Terms for your clients.
